I had an amazing experience! The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The warm and helpful staff were a lifesaver when I needed to rebook my flights due to a typhoon. Every morning, I enjoyed a delightful muffin and fresh coffee which helped kickstart my day!

A delightful stay! Quick access to the main station made our arrival easy. The helpful staff and delightful fresh pastries each morning were highlights for the family. I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from Tokyo station, and the complimentary pastries and coffee in the lobby were delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

Rooms are surprisingly small!!! It's hard to open luggage without blocking passage. Also, the housekeeping's 'do not disturb' policy was ineffective, as clean towels were still left outside. More consistency needed there!!!
